Our Story
CQ Med Gym was founded in 2021 by Dr. Brittany Glenn, a board-certified emergency medicine physician, and her husband Raymond Glenn M.Ed, Ed.S, LEP, who together also operate Cali Quick Urgent Care and Cali Kids Urgent Care. After years of caring for patients in emergency rooms, Dr. Glenn saw how often weight, metabolism, energy, stress, and aging affected people's overall health. CQ Med Gym was created to help patients get ahead of those issues with safe, research-based care in a welcoming setting, where you're treated like family, friends, and neighbors.
About Dr. Glenn
Dr. Brittany Glenn, D.O., brings more than 14 years of emergency medicine experience to every patient she sees. Her training includes:

Dr. Glenn's background in emergency rooms means she knows how to assess risk, monitor closely, maximaize results, and adjust treatment safely. Outside the clinic, she's a mom of three, and her family inspires the personal, caring approach behind everything we do.
